First In Last Out is a consortium of industry professionals founded by events & entertainment veteran Joe “Fish” Cangelosi.

Joe started his career at age 14 in a vaudeville theater in Pitman, New Jersey, working his way up from pushing boxes to lighting gaffer to technical producer, production executive and beyond. He has touched nearly every aspect of events and entertainment over more than 30 years in the business and also gained experience in industrial power cogeneration and distribution. In addition to many years working on Broadway and top awards shows, favorite events include Times Square New Year’s Eve, Bruce Springsteen at the Lincoln Memorial and Riot Games World Finals.
